Admission Procedure





The academic year begins in April & concludes in March. It is divided into two terms. The first term consists of months from April to September and the second term consists of months from October to March. In the primary section the session is divided into 3 terms (evaluations).

Rules Of Admission

  1. Admission starts from Nursery standard and minimum age for LKG is 3+ years. Admission form alongwith the prospectus is can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash, by post on payment of Rs. 225/- through DD in favour of Jeevandeep Public School at Varanasi. You may register the name on line too. Date of interview/test will be informed, on receipt of filled up form along with Rs 500/- as registration fee ( in case of on line the amount is Rs 700/-). Admission form should be signed by the person responsible for paying school fees/dues. Admission form is normally issued from the month of Jan for the session starting from Apr.

  2. Parents/ guardians must be careful in writing the correct spelling of their ward and their own names and also the correct date of birth of the student. Once these are written in the form, these will not be changed.

  3. Admission is given on the basis of an admission test, subject to availability of seats in the particular class. The test comprises a written examination in English, Science, G.K., Hindi and Mathematics – It is of three hours duration.

  4. Specific syllabus is prescribed for the admission test. It can be asked for while processing the prospectus.

  5. The candidate should be medically fit and should not have any physical deficiency/shortcoming which may come in the way of his/her participation in all school activities including games, sports and swimming. He/She should not be a bed-wetter.

  6. Boys/Girls suffering from any contagious, constitutional or hereditary disease or infirmity are not admitted. Parents dec laration should be given at the time of admission.

  7. No pupil will be admitted to the school without producing the document given above. In no case shall the pupil permitted to attend the class pending former admission .

  8. A pupil admitted on a transfer certificate, he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows his/her to be qualified, not his/ her that ofbirth will be changed.

  9. The transfer certificate of student joining from schools outside the titter Pradesh state must be counter signed by the educational Authorities of the Direct of the state in which the previous school is situated.

  10. Admissions will he done only for student who come from recognized schools.

  11. Once the interview/Entrance is conducted and the list of successful student is declared, no Enquiry will be entertained by the office with regard to admission.

  12. The final decision with regard to admission rests with School Authorities. Recommendations are not considered and donations are not accepted.

  13. In case of re-admission the full admission fee will be charged. A pupil who does not complete the Academic Year is not eligible for promotion.

  14. The students those who don't have 75% of attendance will not be allowed to appear for the exam. In case of sickness medical certificate is must from the authorised person.
