Annual Report (2023-24)

“You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

With this note, I would like to wish you all a very pleasant evening.

On behalf of all the members and students of Jeevandeep Public School, I cordially welcome our ( Chief Guest, Shri Hansraj Vishwakarma, Member of Legislative Council, Uttar Pradesh,) Special Guest,Lieutenant Colonel Ila Verma, 100 UP Bn NCC, U P College, Varanasi, Sri Vishnu Kant Shukla, Chief Manager, State Bank of India,Varanasi, Dr. A. K. Singh, Chairperson, Jeevandeep Group of Educational Institute, Dr. Anshu Singh,Trustee, Jeevandeep Charitable Trust, other invited dignitaries and all parents to this auspicious evening of our school's annual function.


This report does not only showcase the achievements and glories of our school, but also makes us think deeply about strengthening ourselves in various other areas. We have always been committed to create an environment in the school which helps the young minds to blossom and provide a platform for individual thinking and holistic development of the child's personality. Each year students have made the school proud with their brilliant efforts not only in the field of academics but also in the co- curricular areas. I wish to throw light upon the performance of our students on the academic and co-curricular front.
CBSE announced Class 10 and 12 result of session 2022-23. We are proud to share that we have a record of 100% result for last many years.This year also the result was 100% in both Class 10 and 12. Sakshi Yadav with 96.4%, Muskan Kumari and Devansh Singh with 94%, Fanindra Pandey with 92.6%, Janhavi Kushwaha with 91.4%, Shruti Pawan with 91.2%, Anushka Singh with 91%, Arpita Yadav and Jasmita Srivastav with 90% were the toppers of Class 12. In Class 10, Gauri Singh with 95.8%, Kashish Yadav 93.8%, Alisha Rahman and Shivam Singh 93.6%, Anshika Yadav and Bibhuti Narayan Tiwari 92.2%,Kamakshi Verma 92%, Sakshi Yadav 91.2%,Shreya Verma and Utkarsh Raghuvanshi 91%, Krishna Gunjan 90.8%, Shivani Gautam and Ansh Kumar Singh 90.6% and Anmol Singh with 90.4% were the toppers.

Our students participated in the different Olympiads like Silver zone and SOF , NSTSE and won 25 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze medals in the various subject categories. We are pleased to share the great achievement of our student Dhairya Ghandhwani from class 2 this year who secured gold medal in kumite event the 9th VSKA karate championship  which was held at Kids Villa English School on 19th August , Bronze Medal under -15 Kg in India Open , Gold medal in both the District Olympic Games (karate)  and District level Karate Championship which was held on 23rd April, in Raj English School, Varanasi. Recently on 8th Oct, he got Gold medalin Kumite 20KG event at Krishna Mohini Vidya Mandir, Lahartara.

We are proud to share that Satyam Patel of class 12 had participated in India Open 2023 International Karate Championship held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi on 17th & 18th of June and won Gold Medal in Kata Event under - 17 yrs & Bronze Medal under -55kg in Kumite. In the District Olympic Games (karate) , organised by the District Olympic Association at Sunbeam School, Sarnath on 15th July, he bagged gold medal under- 55kg in Kumite, and silver in Kata Event under -17Yrs. respectively. World Modern Shotokan karate Federation, Lucknow organized state level Karate competition Under Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association , Satyam Patel won gold medal under 55 kg, KUMITE event and silver medal in KATA event . Same way Chaitnya Singh of Class 5 and Mantva Singh of Class 4 won bronze and silver medal respectively in district level karate competition conducted by Manav Academy of Martial Arts, Varanasi.

Anshika Singh of class 9  won silver medal in JUDO in the District Olympic Games 2023 organised by District Olympic Association at Lalpur Stadium,Varanasi on 18th July. In National level CBSE Cluster 2022-23, at Indian Modern Senior Secondary School, Sonipat, Haryana , Anshika bagged bronze medal in Judo. Before this event, she had won gold medal in CBSE Cluster Judo Championship in December 22. This year she participated in CBSE cluster JUDO Championship  held at knowledge gram International School, Patna, Bihar on 27th October  and won bronze medal under 17 years.

In December 22, CBSE Cluster V  was organized in which students of Class 8, ,Priyanshi Rao  won gold medal in 100 meter race and Ishita Singh won bronze medal in shot put. Students of Class 12, Garvita Chaudhari  bagged gold medal in discus throw, Kamlesh Yadav  bagged silver medal in Javeline throw and Ajit Yadav bagged silver in 200 meter race, Nand Kumar Pandey won bronze in 400 meter race. Kamlesh Yadav won Bronze Medal in Javelin Throw U- 19 in CBSE National Athletic Meet, which was held on 2nd February 23 and and brought glory to our school.

Varanasi District Administration organized Kashi Sansad Sanskritik  Mahotsav  in the month of September. In this event, our students Sejal Thakur, Kashish Yadav, Utkarsh Singh, Manasvi Singh, Akchhendra Pratap Singh, Ansh Singh, Aditi Tiwari and R S Alankrita participated in solo and group song competition and won first position in both the events in trans Varuna region. These students were awarded by Honourable Shri Ravindra Jaiswal, minister in Uttar Pradesh Government , Commissioner, Varanasi, Shri Kaushal Raj Sharma and DM, Varanasi, Shri S Rajlingam.

Sant Atulanand Convent School, Koirajpur, Varanasi organized Jadta Raja event  in remembrance of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, where students from our School participated in different categories. In Hindi Peom Recitation competition Alisha Rahman got 3rd Position , In English essay writing Competition Reet Srivastava got Second Position and in Painting Competition  Bikash Singh Kushwaha got second Position. All three of them received a cash prize of Rs 2500/-. 

Society for Social Action & Research (SSAR) organised सार प्रतिभा खोज एवं पर्यावरण ज्ञान परीक्षा (2023) in which, Ankit Singh of Class VI A, Saurabh Kumar Singh of VII B, Ayushi Singh, Arya Singh, aastha Srivastav, Kanchan Singh  of 10th got First Position at the district level in their respective classes.We feel proud to share that Anushka Singh of Class 12 D participated in Bharatnatyam dance on the occasion of Republic day in New Delhi on 26th January this year. She qualified three rounds at district , zonal and national level before participating in this event in front of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Today morning one of our student Saurabh Singh of Class 8 was selected in top 50 students in Cyclothon, Sansad Khel Pratiyogita and got medal for the same by SDM , Varanasi.

We focus on many Inter House Co-curricular activities too. House wise competitions like solo song, Shloka recitation, drawing and painting, Speech , debate , poem recitation, Group song, Group dance, science quiz, Hand writing competitions in Hindi as well as in English, Youth Parliament, News anchoring, book launching , models based on Artificial Intelligence etc were conducted throughout the year. We focus on the holistic development of our students. Our students are very well  placed  in their life. As the best future of a student depends on the best teachers, our teachers regularly attend workshops conducted by CBSE and other platforms, online or offline to enrich them in different subjects.
We  conduct workshops for the betterment of the students in different areas of future endeavors like good manners and etiquettes, polish your personality, creative thinking, role of media in democracy, jeevan ke mulya, jeevan me karm ka mahatva,  and many more.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to all the teachers and other members with whose cooperation we have been able to carry out all program and academic activities. I would also like to express my grateful thanks to our Chairman Sir, Anshu ma'am, all our higher authorities, the parent community, teachers and students whose whole-hearted cooperation has enabled us to complete all our tasks successully.
